After a brutal attack by the Strong Hands, Besseta, Tiffany, and Kenneth, narrowly avoid captivity. Fighting their way free, Kenneth has been struck down, and now Besseta is faced with a choice: potentially turn her mate against his will, or let him die for all eternity.
